Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee all kitchen operations (guest & staff dining)
• Design and deliver exceptional, seasonal menus
• Maintain top-tier food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards
• Train, mentor, and develop kitchen team members
• Manage stock control, ordering, and kitchen administration
• Ensure all dishes meet luxury hospitality standards before service
• Engage with guests and accommodate dietary requirements
• Drive creativity and elevate the overall dining experience
Requirements:
• Formal culinary qualification
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a senior/management chef role (5 star lodge environment)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Solid understanding of full hospitality operations
• Computer literacy
