Site Leader - Alabang

Has coverage for big sized operations (5,000 FTE)

and has been in a business leader/president role for several years (4+yrs).

Someone who has had the capacity to make decisions for the whole business and not just for individual sites.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management or any related field or 7 years equivalent management experience in a call center

• Post Graduate Degree in Management

• 7 years previous consumer credit experience (private label, general purpose credit card, dual card, personal loan, installment loan) experience required.

• 5 years leadership experience managing staff. Proven positive leadership skills relative to interaction with peers, exempt, and non-exempt staff. Successful track record of positively influencing and working effectively with all levels.

• Experience leading a site with at least 1500 FTE’s

• Excellent financial analysis and budgetary skills

• Ability to modify and refine service plans and operational practices to meet changing customer requirements or process improvements

• Ability to coach, develop action plans, which maximize performance, and provide effective feedback

• People Management Skills and experience managing multiple portfolio and projects.

• Excellent ability to demonstrate innovation and good judgment/problem solving skills when making decisions. Excellent client relationship skills. Excellent communications skills (writing and presentation). Excellent facilitating skills
