General Summary: Fast-paced but always friendly, our rapidly expanding customer service call center is seeking a bright, energetic, and motivated team of individuals who will be responsible for providing customer service support by receiving, obtaining, analyzing and verifying the accuracy of order information in a timely manner; initiating corrective action as needed in order to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained; and resolving potentially difficult and/or unusual client situations in a satisfactory manner for both the customer and the support team.

Receives, processes and verifies the accuracy of orders from customers utilizing the organization’s internal CRM/mainframe systems and customer purchase orders.

Initiates required action for response to customer service requests for order changes, including the maintenance of order/customer information files and communicates changes to the appropriate personnel/departments.

Ensures and provides quality service to both internal and external customers.

Receives inquiries from and/or contacts the organization’s branch/regional offices to resolve a variety of order-related issues.

Participates and provides expertise as a member of the customer service’s departmental team in order to help improve existing methods and systems to increase the accuracy, efficiency and responsiveness of the customer service department as a whole.


Incumbent is required to have at least 1 year of progressive customer service or direct marketing experience. Must work well under pressure, be able juggle and complete a multitude of tasks in an organized and timely fashion, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must also have an excellent sense of priorities and punctuality. Minimum high school education required. Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
