Job Requirements

Preferably with a Degree / Graduate of Engineering course or other related 4-year course

At least 5 years relevant experience in Sales

Must have a good network of clients

Must have good marketing and selling skills

Must have knowledge in market research, sales projection planning, forecasting and reports

Must have marketing and sales experience in the development of institutional accounts

Must be able to train and develop sales team

Must have good verbal and written communication skills

Must have sales planning skills regarding development of prospects and clients.

Ability to work in fast-paced team environment

Job Responsibilities

Achieve of the overall quota of the Team

Conceptualization and implementation of Strategies for achievement of quota

Convince the clients to avail our products with level of assertiveness and risk orientation

Develop new group of clients and open new accounts

Manage high level knowledge relating growth and development.

Providing leadership in the execution and promotion of business goals

Conducts daily huddles and meetings with direct reports in providing updates, issue resolution and daily business action items.

Able to delegate work to team appropriately and monitor their performance regularly.
