Roles and responsibilities:

• Handling customer booking process from booking to handing over

• Preparation of documents of Booking/Sale Agreements/ Demand Notes/Banking Related documents/ Loan Process Documents etc.

• Preparing MIS reports of receivables and Focus on receivables management.

• Processing the closures of sales with sales registrations and handing over.

• Attending queries of customers/bankers and associates at all times at all stages of post sale.

• Supporting on customer enquiries for sales progression and development.

• Responsibility of attending to walk-in customers at the office.

• Maintaining track of cash inflow, Monthly sales projection, record up keep of Clients/enquiries.

• Regular follow up to achieve the collection target

• Post registration work – maintaining individual files of each customer, taking feedbacks, etc.
