The Post-Harvest Manager takes the reins on our essential trim and cure operations. This position is perfect for someone passionate about crafting exceptional cannabis products, focusing on unmatched quality and esthetic.

What does the day-to-day look like?

You’ll lead and motivate our trim team, setting daily objectives and providing feedback to enhance both productivity and quality. Handling everything from scheduling to delivering hands-on training, making sure everyone is synced with our best practices. A crucial part of your job will be managing the curing process, fine-tuning conditions to ensure our cannabis develops its full potential for our customers and patients. You'll keep our operations tidy and safe, track processes diligently, and work closely with Harvest to optimize output. Plus, you'll spearhead initiatives to continually refine our post-harvest procedures.

So, who are we looking for?

You'd be an great fit if you:

Must be 21 years of age or older.

Have 2+ years’ experience in cannabis trimming and a deep understanding of the curing process.

Currently or previously led a team in a dynamic cannabis production environment, with a focus for enhancing processes.

Possess strong communication skills, capable of motivating and nurturing talent.

Are meticulous and adept at keeping things running smoothly under strict regulatory compliance.
