The Customer Service and Inside Sales Specialist will be primarily responsible for generating new and repeat business by performing all customer facing activities in the sales process. They will also be responsible for identifying new opportunities and strategies from a sales, marketing, and communications perspective.


• Develop lists of prospects and work towards new business

• Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers

• Inform customers of promotions and new or upgraded products

• Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction

• Respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems

• Track daily, weekly, or monthly personal sales

• Maintain sales quotas as determined by management

• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

Required Experience

• High School Diploma or GED Certificate

• 2-5 years prior sales or telemarketing experience preferred

• Familiar using CRM software
