BOOKKEEPER (Accounting Firm – W2 Tax Focus)

What You’ll Do:

• Handle W2 tax return preparation

• Manage financial records, reconciliations & reports

• Ensure accuracy and compliance with US accounting standards

Qualifications:

• Proven bookkeeping experience (US-based clients preferred)

• Strong understanding of W2 tax returns

• High attention to detail & accuracy

• Excellent English communication

Tools:

QuickBooks, Xero, Excel, Tax Software (Drake, ProSeries, or similar)

REAL ESTATE LEAD MANAGER / ACQUISITIONS COORDINATOR

What You’ll Do:

• Qualify and nurture inbound/outbound leads

• Analyze deals and assist in acquisitions process

• Follow up consistently to convert leads into opportunities

Qualifications:

• Real estate experience is REQUIRED

• Strong communication & negotiation skills

• Experience with US real estate market (wholesaling is a plus)

• Results-driven and organized

Podio, CRM systems, Dialers (Mojo, CallTools), Zillow, Google Sheets

SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE (Healthcare/Medical)

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct outbound calls and lead generation

• Set appointments with decision-makers

• Build pipelines for medical providers, clinics & organizations

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in sales development / outbound sales / call center

• Strong experience in high-volume outreach

• Healthcare or wellness experience is a BIG plus

• Confident communicator with a proven track record
