- Answer phone calls coming in to the MA department
- Able to send messages to providers (Doctor, Clinicians, Specialist and other internal employees
- Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Update existing customer information
- Process orders, forms and applications
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Complete call logs
- Produce call reports
- Work from 9PM - 6:30AM Monday-Friday VN Time zone
- Need to be in the medical field. LPN, RN
- Excellent in English (speaking, listening, writing)
