Duties and Responsibilities:

- Provide quality support to Korean customer’s concerns via calls, chat, and e-mail

- Deliver immediate excellent assistance to customers

- Participate with addressing concerns from internal units

Requirements:

Korean National Living in the Philippines

Also open to Filipinos fluent in Korean Language

Fluency in English Language

Average computer navigation skills

Experience in customer service is a plus but not required
