Job Qualification:

*Graduate 4yrs of any IT Related course

*With 6months of Related experience (but fresh graduate are encourage to apply)

*Has a average communication skills (oral & written)

*Has a strong knowledge in RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol)

*Strong troubleshooting in writing (english)

*Basic Network knowledge

*Has a good behavior in handling users/clients

*Has a flexibility in doing field works

*Can work in a Shifting Schedule (Morning, Mid, night shift)

Job Description:

-Assist all requests in terms of desktop and network issues

-Must be able to attend all assigned tickets

-Ensuring all task must be updated after resolving

-Must be able to attend and troubleshoot Hardware and Software tickets assigned

-Must be able to escalate tickets with dependencies to respective Client Administrators (ex: resetting of end users password, configuration needed in Networks connections,

-Must be able to update of tickets in detailed. (step by steps procedure) / Update every ticket assigned in real time.

Note: this is not for CSR/TSR position.
