Are you ready to take the next step in your Employee Benefits Career? Do you have experience working with groups of 50 to 200 in an agency setting?

If you said "YES", then my client, an independent insurance brokerage located in Bothell, wants to talk to you!

They are looking to add an Employee Benefits Account Manager to their team.

You will be supporting producers with both renewals and new business. All accounts will be 51 lives or more. You will work with Benefit Port, Excel, and Word. You will need to be able to manage a renewal from start to finish including doing spreadsheet analysis work and quarterly client review reports. You will also conduct on site employee open enrollment benefit meetings.

To be considered for this position you need to have:

1. WA Life & Disability license

2. Employee Benefit Account Management experience in a brokerage or agency

3. Advanced knowledge of Healthcare Reform and the Affordable Care Act

4. Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients from many different industries

5. Strong Excel, Word, and computer skills

6. Carrier product knowledge in medical, dental, and ancillary/wellness products
