Job Summary The Marketing Officer is responsible for leading the development of marketing strategies, initiatives, and partnerships that strengthen brand positioning and support organizational growth. This role focuses on high-level planning, campaign conceptualization, and sponsorship management, while working closely with the Marketing Team. Job Description Marketing Strategy & Planning: Develop and oversee the overall marketing strategy aligned with organizational goals while identify growth opportunities, target markets, and strategic positioning. Campaign Conceptualization & Oversight: Lead the conceptualization of marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives. Partnerships & Sponsorships: Build and maintain relationships with external partners, organizations, and stakeholders. Identify, evaluate, and secure sponsorships, partnerships, and collaboration opportunities Market Research & Insights: Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities Brand Management: Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all marketing initiatives. Strengthen brand positioning through strategic initiatives and partnerships Budget Planning & Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget in line with strategic priorities Internal Coordination: Work closely with the Marketing Associate to align strategy and execution. Collaborate with other departments for integrated campaigns and initiatives Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
At least 2–4 years of experience in marketing, with exposure to strategy, planning, or partnerships
