Job Summary The Marketing Officer is responsible for leading the development of marketing strategies, initiatives, and partnerships that strengthen brand positioning and support organizational growth. This role focuses on high-level planning, campaign conceptualization, and sponsorship management, while working closely with the Marketing Team. Key Responsibilities 1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop and oversee the overall marketing strategy aligned with organizational goals
Identify growth opportunities, target markets, and strategic positioning
Translate business objectives into actionable marketing initiatives and campaigns
Provide direction and guidance to the Marketing Associate on campaign execution 2. Campaign Conceptualization & Oversight
Lead the conceptualization of marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives
Establish campaign objectives, key messages, and success metrics
Monitor implementation progress and ensure alignment with strategy (execution handled by Marketing Associate)
Evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements 3. Partnerships & Sponsorships
Identify, evaluate, and secure sponsorships, partnerships, and collaboration opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with external partners, organizations, and stakeholders
Negotiate sponsorship agreements and ensure mutual value delivery
Oversee activation plans for sponsored events and partnerships 4. Market Research & Insights
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities
Use data to inform strategic decisions and marketing direction
Recommend new initiatives based on emerging opportunities 5. Brand Management
Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all marketing initiatives
Review and approve marketing materials to maintain brand standards
Strengthen brand positioning through strategic initiatives and partnerships 6. Budget Planning & Management
Develop and manage the marketing budget in line with strategic priorities
Allocate resources across campaigns, initiatives, and sponsorships
Track ROI and cost-effectiveness of marketing activities 7. Internal Coordination
Work closely with the Marketing Associate to align strategy and execution
Collaborate with other departments for integrated campaigns and initiatives
Present plans, reports, and recommendations to management Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
At least 3–5 years of experience in marketing, with exposure to strategy, planning, or partnerships
