Desired Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
Valid SLP - CCC certification
State licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP in the state
Schools-based experience preferred, but open to talented therapists new to the school setting
Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality speech-language therapy services to K-12 students
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and legal requirements
Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other education professionals
Support students individually and in small groups, helping them succeed academically and socially
Engage in IEP meetings, contributing your expertise to goal-setting and student planning
