High-Speed Bottling Maintenance Technician

Pay: $35.00 – $45.00/hour (depending on experience)

Shift: Night Shift, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM, 2-2-3 rotating schedule

Location: Columbia, MO

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with high-speed bottling experience to join a fast-paced manufacturing facility. This role will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing high-speed bottling and packaging equipment to ensure maximum uptime and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on bottling lines and related equipment

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues

Support production teams to minimize downtime and maintain quality standards

Utilize CMMS to track work orders, parts usage, and maintenance history

Follow all safety, GMP, and regulatory compliance requirements

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and equipment reliability projects

Requirements:

3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (beverage or food production preferred)

Hands-on experience with high-speed bottling or packaging equipment

Strong skills in mechanical, electrical, and PLC troubleshooting

Ability to work 12-hour night shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certifications preferred
