Senior R&D Baking Process Engineer (Must have baking extrusion background) - $90-100K + 15% Bonus – Bakery/Dough Foods Processing - Plans, organizes, coordinates, and leads key process, development projects; Upgrades technologies, and identifies, and implements new technologies that help achieve business initiatives with an emphasis on extrusion and bakery processing; Ensures internally development design elements receive appropriate intellectual property protection; Provides technical assistance to the factories by means of ensuring the development of technically competent and effective workforce for new technology introductions, and troubleshooting; Collaborates with cross functional groups and interacts with external suppliers and/or consultants to develop next generation technology roadmap;

BS Mechanical Engineering, BS Chemical Engineering, BS Food Science - Must have at least 6 years in the food industry with baking and some project management. Should have knowledge of dough, sheeting and cutting. 5+ years of experience extrusion baking environment is highly preferred; 2+ years of project management experience; Knowledge of Engineering design documentation and standards; Knowledge of dough extrusion, sheeting and cutting, rotary molding, single and twin screw extrusion, baking and drying technology; Familiar with Thermal Process Validation, HACCP, High Hygiene Zoning Operation & Specification, CIP/COP; Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
