Maintenance Technician

HiFyve is hiring Maintenance Technicians in the Manufacturing industry in Columbus, OH!

Pay: $30.25/hr

Shift:

1st: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM (Mon–Fri + OT)

2nd: 2:00 PM–10:30 PM (Mon–Fri + OT)

3rd: 10:00 PM–6:30 AM (Sun–Thurs + OT)

Location: Columbus, OH

About the Role

This role supports plant operations through preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance, along with equipment improvements and troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.

Job Responsibilities

Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

Support PLC and robot programming/troubleshooting

Complete preventative and reactive maintenance and document in CMMS

Install, repair, and improve production equipment and tooling

Read and interpret manuals, schematics, and work orders

Support equipment design, upgrades, and project work

Follow all safety procedures including LOTO and PPE requirements

Qualifications

Associate degree or 2–5 years of related maintenance experience

Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical and mechanical systems

Experience with PLC troubleshooting, robotics, and CMMS systems

Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure

Knowledge of safety procedures and maintenance best practices
