We are seeking a Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities for this position will include but are not limited to:
Assist with merchandising new and pre-owned office furniture products.
Researching product information, uploading photos and product information to the website.
Creating and Updating Price tags.
Updating company website.
Product placement on showroom floors.
Occasionally assist with directing showroom labor crews.
Work directly with Pre-Owned Product Manager in reducing inventory of inactive product.
Work on various other projects to assist the New and Pre-Owned Product department managers.
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Strong experience with Apple products & Office programs
Ability to run errands
