About the Opportunity
This role focuses on ensuring the stability and performance of live payment systems. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and supporting critical transaction processing platforms that power everyday financial activities.
What You’ll Do
Monitor and support BASE24 EPS payment systems
Troubleshoot transaction failures and system issues
Handle production incidents and outages
Support integrations with banking systems and card networks
Ensure smooth operation of ATM, POS, and digital payment systems
What We’re Looking For
4–8 years of experience in Base24 EPS support
Strong understanding of ISO 8583 messaging systems
Experience in payments/card domain
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a 24x7 support environment
