Description:

The primary objective is to audit and input lease and retail contracts into the portfolio system daily with a high degree of accuracy.

Responsibilities:

The ability to verify information is accurate and be able to communicate the reason if incorrect.

The ability to validate additional documentation to ensure that all requirements are met.

Able to follow a process and identify inconsistencies with information presented.

A general knowledge of being able to add, subtract, divide, & multiply.

Ability to validate calculations to ensure the financial information presented is accurate.

Able to adapt to frequent changes including overtime with limited notice -

Comfortable working in a fast paced environment

Ability to communicate with region and dealership personnel.

Qualifications:

Moderate computer skills, multi-task between different programming systems, significant amount of attention to detail, must be able to adapt to frequent changes, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment

Microsoft Office

Education:

High School Diploma (GED)

Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Knowledge & Additional Skills:

General Accounting – 1 year

General Business – 1 year

Proficient in Administration – 1 year

Proficient in 10 Key Data Entry

H.S diploma or GED with 1-2 years of experience in a related capacity.
