PLUMBER
Description:
- Do standard operating procedure, check and refill all tanks for mall supply
- Check water flow
- Check all pump room, sumpit and lift station
- Do water meter reading
- Change air blower (air blower needs change run every hour)
- Reading water meter all Tenant
- Grease and Change Belt
- Monitoring of Equipment
- Assist contractor
- Assist tenant call and service call
- Do on call duties as needed
● Male
● With TESDA certificate and certificate of employment
● With experience in the same field is an advantage
● Excellent Trouble-Shooting Ability
● Flexible and can work on a fast-paced environment
● Physically and mentally fit for the job and in good health
● Experience of working within the malls preferred but not essential
● Punctuality and reliability are very important
