Key Responsibilities

Data Management & Accuracy

Input, update, and maintain large volumes of data with precision and consistency

Verify data for errors, discrepancies, and completeness

Organize and maintain digital records for easy retrieval and reporting

Generate basic reports and summaries from collected data

Customer Service Excellence

Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone

Resolve customer concerns promptly with a solution-oriented mindset

Maintain a professional, friendly, and empathetic tone in all interactions

Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary

Process Improvement

Identify inefficiencies in data handling or customer communication workflows

Suggest practical improvements to enhance accuracy and service quality

Required Skills & Qualifications
