About the Position
We are currently expanding our remote team and seeking dependable individuals to assist with client communication and appointment coordination.
In this role, you will help individuals who have requested information get connected with licensed professionals for financial guidance and planning support.
No prior experience is required. We provide training and a structured process to help you succeed in the role.
Key Responsibilities
• Communicate with individuals who have requested information
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Follow up with clients via phone, Zoom, and email
• Use provided scripts and training materials
• Maintain accurate and organized records
Qualifications
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone or video
• Reliable and organized
• Open to learning new skills
• Must be 18+ and located in the U.S.
