Core Responsibilities
Systems Lifecycle: Manage, deploy, and repair Windows, macOS, and Linux hardware.
Infrastructure & Security: Administer Active Directory (GPOs), SCCM deployments, and VPN/Firewall configurations.
Network Reliability: Resolve connectivity issues across TCP/IP, DNS, and Meraki environments.
Service Delivery: Lead incident resolution within ServiceNow, Jira, or BMC Remedy.
Project Support: Facilitate mobile fleet management and LAN infrastructure upgrades.
Expertise Required
Technical Foundations: Deep knowledge of networking protocols and Windows Server environments.
Diagnostic Skills: Ability to troubleshoot complex software suites and desktop virtualization (VDI).
Professionalism: High-tier communication skills paired with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
