Litigation Law Clerk
About The Employment Law Group
The Employment Law Group (TELG) helps employees to stand up for their rights and to stand against wrongdoing in the workplace. Our practice areas include discrimination and retaliation, whistleblower law, and employee contracts. We're biased, of course, but we believe we're among the best employment law firms in the country. Our top attorneys have decades of courtroom experience and have won favorable outcomes for employees and whistleblowers in settlements and at dozens of trials - the ultimate test of a lawyer's skills. Our firm's work enables employees to meet their employers on a level playing field.
About the Job
The Employment Law Group is looking for part-time law students - primarily second-year evening law students - to join our team as full-time litigation law clerks. We will consider first-year, second-semester students if they have strong, relevant work experience at a law firm. Law clerks gain hands-on experience that develops their legal skills under attorney supervision. They work directly with principals and associates to provide substantive assistance through all phases of negotiation, litigation, trial, and beyond.
