About this Role

We are hiring an Entry Level Brand Manager within our Direct Marketing & Sales department in Rapid City, South Dakota .

This role would work with local clients expanding nationwide programs INSIDE the world's largest big box retailers.

2016 is a big year for Breakthrough, as we have continued to expanded our footprint into new locations throughout South Dakota and will continue to expand into multiple locations throughout the Midwest before the end of the year. Due to our rapid expansion plans and our clients' continually increasing demand for our services, we need new leaders to step into the training program. Our full time Brand Management position starts in our sales and brand marketing department. We pride ourselves on our thorough training for all of our management trainees. We believe that the best coaches are those who have played the game, and so we pair seasoned professionals with new team members to ensure a rapid transfer of information and experience from one to another. Responsibilities

The Entry Level Brand Manager within our Direct Marketing & Sales department will be responsible for:

Remaining well-versed on clients’ products, services, competition, and industry standards.

Interacting with consumers at on-site campaigns creating a unique brand experience, answering questions, and educating consumers about their options.

Driving revenue growth through direct sales and brand marketing.

Creating brand awareness to our client’s target audience through ultra-targeted retail campaigns.
