Stable Plant needs a Shift Converting Supervisor in this growing mill. Highly visible position within the organization.

• Direct work assignments to employees for paper converting operations to ensure production targets are met in a safe, efficient, quality, and profitable manner.

• Mentor/train/hire employees.

• Develop a Team Lead position for shift.

• Work closely with Senior Management.

Requirements for the Converting Supervisor position:

• At least 3 years of converting, printing or high-speed packaging experience in supervision (Supervisor) within a manufacturing environment.

• Must have great leadership skills: team building, communications, and organizational.

• Must be a self-starter and decision maker.
