Inventory Analyst – Manufacturing

As the Inventory Analyst, you’ll be the inventory guru on site. One of the first jobs will be implementing a new ERP system that is similar NetSuite. Responsible for supporting the Operations department by analyzing inventory levels. You’ll do this by

• Handling the system transactions related to the movement & transfer of materials

• Compiling data related to inventory adjustments.

• Monitoring the weekly & monthly inventory cycle counts & making adjustments

• Creating receiving paperwork &performing quality checks on inbound & outbound shipments

• You’ll also be responsible for ensuring the company's distribution center maintains inventory levels necessary to meet projected sales demands as well as performing quality checks.

You’ll need to be able to manage ERP installation, detail-oriented & with an ability to multi-task in a deadline driven environment.

Minimum requirements for this Inventory Analyst position:

• At least three years of related work experience

• Computer proficiency, including MS Office; ERP (NetSuite) is a plus

• Excellent organizational, time management, & communications skills

• Prior paper converting work history a plus
