We are growing fast and looking for a sharp, empathetic Customer
Service Representative to join our remote team and deliver
exceptional support on behalf of our client partners.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone,
email, and live chat — resolving inquiries with speed and
professionalism
• Handle customer complaints with patience and solution-focused
thinking, turning difficult interactions into positive experiences
• Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions
in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex cases and
ensure timely follow-through
• Identify patterns in customer feedback and proactively flag
insights to team leads
• Meet or exceed key performance targets: response time, CSAT score,
and first-contact resolution rate
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must-Have:
• 1+ year of experience in customer service, support, or a
client-facing role (in-person or remote)
• Excellent written and spoken English — clear, warm, and
professional across every channel
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace
at home
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
without micromanagement
Nice to Have:
• Experience with CRM tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot,
or similar
• Background in tech, e-commerce, or SaaS customer support
• Bilingual — English plus any second language is a genuine bonus
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base Pay $25 – $40/hr based on experience
