About the Role

As a Remote Project Manager, you will oversee projects from planning through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You'll work closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes while maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Define project goals, scope, timelines, and deliverables.

Create and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Assign tasks and ensure team accountability.

Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and contractors.

Identify and mitigate project risks and challenges.

Provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.

Lead project meetings and progress reviews.

Monitor budgets and project expenses.

Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and requirements.

Conduct project retrospectives and identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

Proven experience managing projects successfully from start to finish.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar platforms.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Technical Requirements

Windows: Intel 11th Generation processor or AMD Ryzen 5000 Series (or higher)

Mac: Apple M2 chip or higher

Minimum 16GB RAM

Reliable internet connection (25–50 Mbps minimum)

USB headset with noise-canceling capability preferred

Compensation & Career Growth

We reward long-term commitment and provide regular salary progression:

First 3 months: $1,200 USD/month

After 3 months: $1,250 USD/month (includes a $50 Wellness Bonus)

After 1 year: $1,340 USD/month

After 2 years: $1,480 USD/month

After 3 years: $1,540 USD/month

After 4 years: $1,600 USD/month

Additional Salary Growth

Employees receive two annual compensation adjustments:

An anniversary increase based on tenure.

A company-wide salary adjustment at the beginning of each calendar year.
