We're a well-established retail pharmacy in Bethlehem, CT looking for an experienced Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) to lead our pharmacy operations. If you're a confident, hands-on pharmacist who knows how to run a smooth shift and keep patients coming back — this is your spot.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• No weekends No late nights No holidays

Compensation

• $60 – $65 / HR (based on experience)

• Plus full benefit package

What We're Looking For

• Active Connecticut Pharmacist license in good standing

• PIC experience or strong readiness to step into the role

• Solid retail pharmacy background

• Strong leadership, inventory, and patient counseling skills
