Develop Jobs, Workflows and Data flows based on the specifications using various stages in BODS. Experience in BODS Designer Components- Projects, Jobs, Workflow, Data Flow, Scripts, Data Stores and Formats. Knowledge on Data Quality Transformation. Implementation of SCD type2 dimensions to maintain the History of dimensional data. Must have knowledge on ETL, Data Management and Data warehousing. Create and monitor testing to verify data quality and consistency in business processes and reporting. Audit data in accordance with the Master Data Governance program that defines and monitors the process of creating, modifying, storing and deleting data. Exposure in BODS performance tuning techniques using parallel processing (Degree of Parallelism), Multithreading, Partitioning, and Database Throughputs to improve job performance. Experience in Data Services Management Console for Monitoring, Execution and Scheduling BODS jobs. Hands on exp in debugging execution errors using Data Services logs (trace, statics and Error). Should have involved in the development and implementation of the Enterprise Data Warehousing (EDW) process and Data Warehouse. Should have work experience in different types of transformations like Query transformation, Merge, Case, Validations.
