We’re looking for a compassionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist who loves helping children reach their full potential—while having the freedom to build a schedule that fits their life.

You’ll provide child-centered occupational therapy services in homes, schools, daycare centers, and community settings where children naturally learn and grow. You’ll conduct evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans with functional goals, and partner with families to support each child’s development and daily participation. This includes coaching caregivers with practical strategies, tracking progress and adjusting plans as needed, maintaining timely documentation in our EMR system, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team.

Qualifications

Current OT license (or eligibility) in the state of practice

Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program

Passion for pediatric and family-centered care

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable transportation for community-based visits

New Grads Welcome with pediatric fieldwork or experience. Mentorship and support are provided to help you build confidence and grow in your pediatric OT career.
