Key Objectives

Responsibilities
Greet patients and visitors promptly and courteously, providing assistance as needed.
Answer phone calls, route inquiries, and take messages accurately.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments using the practice management system.
Maintain and organize patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Assist with billing, insurance verification, and processing payments.
Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for timely replenishment.
Support the dental team with various administrative tasks to facilitate smooth clinical operations.
Perform general office duties including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in office administration or healthcare is a plus.
Previous experience in an office assistant or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting.
