JOB DESCRIPTION

Source/pool and assist in processing potential candidates continuously (intended for additional required headcount, replacement or unnecessary turn-over of deployed personnel, for the handled account/s

Ensure presence/attendance to the assigned Client’s plant/location to facilitate organized deployment of personnel to their specific assignment.

Attend clients’ meeting, training related to the job/function/products, etc.

Assist Accounts Specialist/ operations support in the collation of TMS/trip tickets of deployed personnel as scheduled.

Proper issuance of uniforms and PPEs, including inventory and coordination with the Accounts Specialist/Immediate Superior.

Provide assistance to the client’s qualification assessment requirements, ex. Test drive, etc.

Facilitate initial ER/labor case process and coordinate with the Accounts Specialist/HR for all the necessary procedures up to completion/close off of case within area of responsibility.

Provide summary of timesheet/timekeeping of particular assigned account/s for processing of Operations Support as scheduled as applicable.

Responsible for ensuring completion of pre-employment requirements of all hired deployed personnel including requirements for ATM and or issuance of the same and submission to the main office.

Responsible for the completion (in alignment with the client/account assignment) and submission of performance evaluation of deployed personnel to Immediate Superior for appropriate actions. (renewal of contract, promotion, etc.)

Maintain good business relationship with corporate clients

Highly organized and collaborative

Can deal with different kinds of people

With good communication and teamplayer skills

Graduate of any 4 year course degree

Has at least 1 year experience in handling personnel
