Warehouse Manager

Role Summary

Seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse, inventory, and shipping/receiving operations that support a fast-moving manufacturing/bottling environment. You’ll own daily execution, keep inventory accurate, and ensure materials and finished goods move on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Run daily warehouse operations: receiving, storage, staging, picking/packing, and shipping

• Ensure timely material flow to production; maintain FIFO/traceability as required

• Own inventory accuracy (cycle counts, reconciliations, root-cause fixes)

• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments; manage carriers and 3PL partners as needed

• Lead, schedule, train, and develop the warehouse team; enforce safety and compliance

• Track/report key KPIs (service, productivity, inventory, cost) and drive continuous improvement

• Partner with manufacturing, planning, purchasing, quality, and customer service to resolve issues quickly

What You Bring

• 5+ years of warehouse/logistics management experience in manufacturing

• Proven team leadership in a high-volume, production-driven operation

• Strong inventory control and warehouse process knowledge

• Experience using WMS/ERP and shipping systems

• Organized, hands-on, and able to prioritize with urgency
