We are looking to hire a Multi-Unit Chef to oversee relationships This is a senior ranking, high visibility position and requires an
array of culinary, leadership, HR and managerial skills.
The Regional Chef will be available for some travel in VA/NC/FL
The position requires:
Bachelor's Degree or Culinary school Degree
Extensive culinary, sanitation and production expertise.
Culinary leadership, communication skills, project management, teaching and proficient with equipment.
Some IT systems knowledge, social media, and Microsoft programs.
HR related skills, onboarding new chefs, training programs
Recipe and menu creation, FDA/USDA best practices, compliance.
