Automation Solutions Engineer

We are looking for an Automation Solutions Engineer to design, build, and optimize automated business solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across the organization. This role requires strong expertise in workflow automation platforms, system integrations, and business process optimization. The ideal candidate can translate complex business requirements into reliable, scalable automation solutions, with exposure to AI-driven workflows being an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end automation solutions using low-code/no-code workflow platforms

Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization

Configure workflows including approvals, conditional logic, routing rules, SLAs, and escalations

Build and manage workflow forms, dashboards, reports, and automation rules

Integrate automation solutions with internal and external systems using APIs, webhooks, and native connectors

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver automation solutions

Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing automation implementations

Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices

Create and maintain technical and functional documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong experience in workflow automation and business process automation

Hands-on knowledge of workflow configuration, routing logic, and role-based access controls

Experience working with integrations (REST APIs, webhooks, third-party SaaS tools)

Ability to design automation solutions that align with business goals

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Experience:

Proven experience implementing automation solutions in production environments

Exposure to automation and workflow platforms such as Cflow, Pipefy, Kissflow

Similar BPM or workflow automation tools

Experience across domains like HR, Finance, Operations, IT, or Customer Support is a plus

Nice to Have:

Experience with AI-enabled or intelligent workflow automation

Familiarity with decision automation, process optimization, or predictive workflows

Experience working in consulting, SaaS, or digital transformation environments
