Multi-unit Chef Manager
We are looking to hire a Multi-Unit Chef Manager to oversee relationships with our network of chefs.
This is a senior ranking, high visibility position and requires an array of culinary, leadership, HR and managerial skills.
The Chef Manager will be available for extensive domestic travel to major cities in the US.
The position requires:
Bachelor’s Degree or Culinary school Degree
Extensive culinary, sanitation and production expertise.
Culinary leadership, communication skills, project management, teaching and proficient with equipment.
Some IT systems knowledge, social media, and Microsoft programs.
HR related skills, onboarding new chefs, training programs
Recipe and menu creation, FDA/USDA best practices, compliance.
