MIN. YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 5 to 6 Months working experience

Job Description:

Maintain cleanliness and periodically inspects (min 3x/day/shift) common areas, rest rooms, lobby and reception area, garage, driveways, and other areas specified.

Ensure walkways, pathways, hallways, and landscaped areas are free of obstructions, litter, trash and other item that do not belong in the area.

Clean rooms (toilet-sink-urinals-floors) and restocks supplies as applicable.

Perform spot cleaning as needed

Clean chair-tables and other furniture and fixtures in offices, cubicles, conference rooms and other rooms.

Sweep, mop, polishes floors

Clean and properly disposes garbage/trash bins.

Clean and sanitize vents includes air-conditioning vents and exhaust vents

Maintain and ensure cleaning equipment are properly stored and organized after use

Maintain a professional image at all times but not limited to appearance, hygiene, and manner of speaking

Perform simple errands requested by client, example routing of documents, etc.
