Head Chef – DC
Privately owned restaurant with a huge following in the DC market has an opening for a Head Chef.
We are targeting a candidate with some structured/corporate brand background with creativity and a passion for quality execution.
The head Chef will be required to implement strong systems in place to enhance operations and provide the foundation for expansion.
We require current or recent Head Chef/KM experience, 2-3 years in the role and a proven track record of managing an entire team of BOH employees/sous chefs. Strong food cost and P&L management are required.
