As the General Manager, you will provide strategic, senior-level leadership to a total team of over 100 employees, including a full complement of salaried managers and chefs. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations, this role is pivotal in driving financial performance, upholding impeccable brand standards, and cultivating a culture of hospitality excellence. Key Responsibilities
• Provide director-level leadership and mentorship to the entire management team and hourly staff, fostering a positive and high-performance work environment.
• Assume full ownership of the operation's P&L, driving revenue and managing costs to achieve and exceed financial targets.
• Uphold and enhance operational standards across all departments, including a la carte dining, bar service, and private events.
• Analyze financial reports, sales data, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and process improvement.
• Ensure an unparalleled guest experience by maintaining superior service, food quality, and ambiance.
• Partner with the culinary leadership to ensure menu alignment with brand strategy and profitability goals.
• Oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, training, performance management, and staff development.
Qualifications & Requirements
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing operations with annual food and beverage sales exceeding $5 million is required.
• A stable and progressive career history that clearly illustrates advancement into roles of increasing responsibility and tenure.
• Exceptional financial acumen with a deep understanding of P&L statements, budgeting, and cost control levers.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing a large, multi-layered team (100+ employees).
• Experience with private events and catering operations is highly preferred.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
Compensation & Benefits
• Competitive base salary of $80,000 - $85,000.
