Finance Supervisor - Munoz Quezon City

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

CPA or equivalent professional qualification is preferred

3-5 years of relevant experience in a finance or accounting supervisory role, preferably within the manufacturing or packaging industry

Proficient in financial accounting, reporting, and analysis with a strong understanding of accounting principles and standards

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills

Proven ability to manage a team and mentor junior finance professionals

Highly proficient in using financial software and MS Office applications

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee all aspects of the company's financial accounting and reporting, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, payroll, and financial statements

Ensure all financial records and transactions are accurate, compliant, and in line with accounting standards and regulations

Prepare detailed financial reports and analysis for management, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making

Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities to facilitate audits and tax-related matters

Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and development opportunities

Support the implementation of financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and controls
