Human Resources Manager – Small Union Plant
Salary $80,000 – $95,000 + Benefits + Paid Relocation to the Northern Midwest

As the Human Resources Manager, your focus will be:
• Advise plant leadership on HR strategy and policy
• Support a union workforce with confidence and clarity
• Ensure compliance with all HR, legal, and union requirements
• Lead policy updates, reporting, audits, and special projects
• Deliver training and help grow employee capabilities
• Improve processes and strengthen plant culture.
Minimum requirements for this HR Manager:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• At least 5 years of HR experience
• Union experience required
• Strong communication, organization, and problem solving skills
• Ability to lead, influence, and manage multiple priorities.
