Technology Delivery Lead

Description Oversee the successful delivery of multiple technology initiatives across the organization. Provide strategic direction, remove obstacles, and ensure teams follow best practices while delivering high-quality digital solutions on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead agile delivery teams and manage multiple concurrent technology projects

* Establish delivery standards, processes, and governance frameworks

* Resolve technical and organizational blockers impacting delivery timelines

* Partner with architecture, product, and engineering leadership to align delivery with business strategy

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

* 7+ years in technology delivery with 3+ years in leadership roles

* Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and delivery frameworks

* Proven ability to manage stakeholders, coach teams, and drive organizational change
