Job Title: Construction Estimator

Location: Phoenix, AZ (On-Site Only)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Expectations (Must-Haves):

• Candidate must be local to Phoenix (no remote).

• Strong math, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to read/interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

• Detail-oriented with ability to calculate materials, labor, and project budgets.

• Strong communicator who can work with internal teams & customers.

• High proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook; able to learn takeoff/bid software.

• Organized, self-driven, and capable of handling multiple tasks.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Complete material takeoffs and prepare accurate cost estimates.

• Review drawings, specs, and scope documents for bid preparation.

• Build pricing packages by coordinating with internal trade teams.

• Prepare proposals, budgets, and cost documentation.

• Communicate with clients during bidding.

• Support project managers at project kickoff stages.

• Attend job sites, meetings, and ensure cost/risk evaluation.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Bluebeam, OnScreen Takeoff, QuickBid (not mandatory).
