Executive Chef – Executive Kitchen Manager
Exciting new chef driven full service concept is poised to launch with rapid expansion in the VA/DC market.
We are looking for qualified culinary leaders at the Exec Chef or Senior Kitchen Manager level from upscale casual full service venues.
This position is available immediately.
The ideal culinarian will have a proven track record of career advancement and currently be running their own kitchen managing a team of 20+ BOH employees in addition to overseeing sous chefs.
High volume operations experience above $4M is preferred however lower sales levels from premium brands will be considered.
