Your Mission

Connect with prospects, build genuine conversations, and set qualified appointments for high-performing sales teams.

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls and engage prospects in natural conversations

• Build rapport quickly and keep prospects interested

• Qualify leads and schedule appointments

• Represent the brand professionally on every call

• Maintain accurate notes and follow up when needed

What We’re Looking For

• Clear, accent-neutral English

• Comfortable and confident when talking to strangers on the phone

• Strong conversation and persuasion skills

• Ability to connect with strangers quickly

• Sales, cold calling, or appointment setting experience preferred

• Reliable internet and a professional remote work setup

• Self-motivated and results-driven

Compensation

• Start rate: $6/hour based on your skills and experience.

• Higher pay is available for top performers who can deliver results.
