Key Responsibilities for this HESS Manager:
• Lead, develop strategic plans, & direct the HESS functions.
• Achieve and maintain all ISO certifications and ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
• Ensure environmental regulatory compliance with TIER II, SPCC, RCRA, Hazwaste, and wastewater.
• Coach and communicate HSE strategies to the team to facilitate change and ensure everyone understands and complies with requirements.
• Maintain accurate injury-illness records and ensure documentation meets corporate and OSHA guidelines.
Minimum Qualifications for this HESS Manager:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in an EHS-related field preferred
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of EHS / HESS related experience manufacturing. Not considering service industry experience.
• Must have experience with Environmental Regulatory compliance.
• Skills: Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills.
• Ability to build and sustain good working relationships and work effectively in a team environment.
