Remote Customer Support Specialist

We are expanding our support team and looking for a dedicated Remote Customer Service Specialist to help us serve our clients nationwide.

The Role:

This is a 100% remote position. You will be the friendly, professional voice of EASS, helping our clients—including schools, businesses, and government facilities—get the support they need. Whether you are a seasoned customer service professional or transitioning from a military/law enforcement career, we want to hear from you.

What You Will Do:

- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and care.

- Assist new clients with onboarding and explain our security service options.

- Coordinate with our field supervisors to ensure client requests are handled quickly.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our digital system.

- Provide a "peace of mind" experience for every person who contacts us.

What We Are Looking For:

- Experience: 1+ year in customer service, administrative support, or a related field.

- Skills: Excellent communication, a calm demeanor under pressure, and basic computer proficiency.
